List active alert resolutions for an organization. Results are paginated via an opaque cursor and ordered by created_at. Each row includes the anchor fields (alert_type, repo, repo_label, artifact_*) that describe the resolution scope. Tokens restricted to specific repositories only see org-wide resolutions and resolutions anchored to their granted repositories.
